Policies:  Rates do not reflect eight percent sales tax.  Room rates are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast.  Singles are five dollars less and a third person rate is twenty five dollars more plus tax.

We request a three night minimum stay during French Festival.  Certain holidays are higher rates. Check in between 3pm and 6pm and check out by 11am.  Payments can be made by cash or check, no credit cards accepted.  A one night deposit, payable by check, is required to hold your room.  Cancellations made at least two weeks in advance will result in a full refund.  Cancellations made less than seven days prior to arrival date will have a fifty percent handling fee. Cancellations made less than twenty four hours before arrival date are non refundable.
